General Return & Refund Policy (EU)

In compliance with the European Union’s cooling-off period, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which means it must be unopened with the original seal intact. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products if the seal has been broken. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@mindkore.eu. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unclaimed Packages

Parcels that are not picked up by the customer from a pickup point will be returned to our facility. Because our cacao is a premium, supplement-grade product, its quality and bio-active integrity depend on controlled storage conditions. Due to the sensitive nature of these compounds and the loss of shelf life during extended transit, a 10% value depreciation fee will be applied to all unclaimed orders to cover quality re-inspection and diminished freshness. The actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier will also be deducted from the final refund.

International Shipments (Outside EU)

For products shipped outside the European Union, the cooling-off period does not apply. Returns for international orders are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, provided the original seal remains intact. Please note that if a package is destroyed or abandoned by the carrier or customs because it was not collected or because customs duties were refused by the recipient, no refund will be issued. For any accepted international returns, the 10% value depreciation fee applies to account for the extended time outside of our controlled storage.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping and return costs are non-refundable for unclaimed packages and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
