Why a range? Our cacao has been independently tested over multiple years. Because cacao is a natural agricultural product, flavanol levels can vary slightly between harvests and production batches. Many brands either do not publish comprehensive laboratory analyses or communicate results based on a single measurement.

We're proud of our exceptionally high flavanol concentration, which is why we report the measured range. Across independent laboratory analyses performed on this batch over time, measured flavanol concentrations have ranged from 9.2% to 12.6%.

We always aim to match or exceed the potency of the previous batch and publish updated laboratory results whenever a new batch becomes available.
